battery reconditioning lenovo

When i try to run battery recondition it doesn't work. i have an r51 with a li-ion battery. it will only come up to about 50% of original capacity.. Lenovo battery recall 2014 12/9/2014 2014 power cord recall 7/10/2014 supercap may not be recognized resulting in potential data loss with a lsi 9270 (raid 710)/9286. Anyone know of a good (preferably free) software for reconditioning lithium ion batteries? specifically for lenovo t60 laptops, though i doubt the model would make.
